DOURO WINE
InDouro the wine region follows the course of the river Douro and isfamous for the port wine but also a rich place of white and red wine.
TYPES OF WINE
RED DOURO WINE- bottle of 750 ml
With ruby colour and a taste that remenbers red fruits with woody notes.
Meat, game meat, some types of fish, cheeses, ham are good paring with this red wine.
The ideal temperature to serve: 16-18°.
Castes: Touriga Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca.
WHITE DOURO WINE- bottle of 750 ml
A very refreshing fruity and floral wine.
Is best served cool, 10-12°, with white meats, fish, a variety of seafood and pork. It is also great to drink alone.
Castes: Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Rabigato.
