TYPES OF WINE
RED BAIRRADA WINE- bottle of 750 ml
Excelent wine as a before or dinner drink.
Ruby coloured wine, intense and full of flavour with firm tannins.
The ideal temperature to serve: 16-18°.
Castes: Merlot, Castelão, Baga.
WHITE BAIRRADA WINE- bottle of 750 ml
Citric colour with green nuances, very fresh and fruity.
Is best served cool, 10-12°, with white meats, fish, a variety of seafood and pork. It is also great to drink alone.
Castes: Arinto, Fernão Pires, Bical.
